New personal messages were embroidered into Kate's gown after her diving honeymoon in Indonesia. All of Kate's original sea creatures made new friends. We continued to add to the gown, a sentimental heirloom, before their future family adds their own touches when it is passed down. This project has been a personal favourite for us, as we add another chapter to Kate and Tom's love story. The tales told in threads from their underwater travels, like an embroidered adventure diary.The gown is lovingly displayed at home in Kate's dressing room as an art piece on a mannequin. Initially, we just planned to repair the gown and embroideries after the wedding, as Kate was flying through London for work. However, after hearing about their magnificent underwater world during the honeymoon, we had a design meeting to add a surprise for Tom to discover when Kate returned home. A dress should have many lives to live, like an evolving storybook in thread. Let's continue embroidering history. Looking forward to weaving in the next chapters…New creatures added from Indonesia: Leopard shark, Coconut octopus, Whale shark, Dolphin (They saw 2 adults and a baby swimming as a little pod) Pygmy seahorse – (they are minuscule little seahorses that hide on fan coral) & a Wobbegong Shark

HdeP Trunk Shows are 'coming home' to the USA this Oct...🤍This tour is to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of our bridal. We have made a NEW collection and re-imagined the HdeP signatures and favourite artworks for a beautiful new offering across our made-to-order and couture collections - bridal & evening wear.10 years ago, I was designing our first wedding dresses out in LA, up in the Hollywood Hills. We were at the time focusing on red carpet gowns, resort, lounge & homeware. Our red carpet gowns inspired newly engaged brides, and the rest is history... So it feels fitting to be bringing it back home to where it started, celebrating how far we have come and meeting our clients of the future!
